In Muzaffarpur, villagers caught a young man on charges of molesting a deaf and mute woman and gave him a unique punishment. First a fine of Rs 5001 was imposed on the young man, then his head was shaved, black mark was applied and he was paraded in the entire village. The video of this entire incident is now becoming increasingly viral on social media.
