Those whose names were removed and their objections were not considered can appeal. For this, 19 appellate tribunals have been formed. That means 19 special courts which will hear only these cases.

So the Supreme Court ordered the Calcutta High Court to form a committee of three former Chief Justices or senior judges today itself which would decide the same rules by tomorrow.
The court also said that the tribunals should look at all the documents again so that no mistake is made with anyone and everyone gets a chance to be heard.
