The newly formed government of Nepal under the leadership of Prime Minister Balen Shah has taken a big step towards comprehensive administrative reforms and has placed an ambitious blueprint of 100 days before the people of the country. Under this blueprint, many important decisions include strictness on corruption, changes in administrative structure and relief to the common people. At the same time, keeping in mind the safety and convenience of women, a plan has been made to start ‘Blue Line’ bus service in all the states.
To provide relief to common citizens, services like passport, citizenship certificate and driving license will be digitalized, so that people can avail these facilities sitting at home and get rid of long queues. Apart from this, it has also been decided to constitute a high level committee for necessary amendments in the Constitution. The government says that all these steps will accelerate transparency, good governance and development.
