According to the information, Jagdish, resident of Karauli district of Rajasthan, had come to marry his son Rohitash with a girl named Suman, resident of Deoria district. After marriage, on Tuesday, Jagdish was returning to Rajasthan through Purvanchal Expressway with his son, daughter-in-law and her friend.
Robber bride gang busted
On the way, bride Suman stopped the car at mile stone 110. After this she and her friend Shashi started demanding Rs 64 thousand. When Jagdish refused to give the money, both of them called their other associates and started threatening to implicate them in a false case.
Frightened Jagdish immediately informed Dhanpatganj police. When the police reached the spot and investigated, the shocking truth came to light. According to the police, the real name of the bride is Muskaan and she is already married to a young man named Parvez, she also has three children.
Police registered the case and started investigation
Police say that this is an organized gang which marries innocent people by hiding their religion and identity and then makes illegal extortion. Police have arrested Muskaan, Shashi, Rani, Nisha and associate Sunil Kumar. Jewelery given by the groom’s side has also been recovered from the accused. Police is taking further legal action.
