This diplomatic effort from Iran’s side is taking place at a time when the war has entered its second consecutive week and currently there are no signs of the tension reducing. Iran says it wants peace in the region, but the countries responsible should be held accountable.
This conflict started on February 28 when America and Israel Had carried out a joint precautionary attack against Iran. According to Iranian officials, so far more than 1200 people have died in this war and more than 10 thousand people have been injured.
In response, Iran has launched drone and missile attacks on many Israeli cities. Apart from this, American military bases in Jordan, Iraq and some Gulf countries have also been targeted. After these incidents, tension has increased rapidly in the entire Middle East and the situation is getting worse.
Experts believe that the impact of this war is not limited only to the military front. Due to this, the global energy market has also been affected and huge fluctuations are being seen in oil prices. Iran has imposed restrictions on the Strait of Hormuz and has done mining in the sea here. Due to this, oil and gas tankers are not able to pass through the route.
